Different oils burn at different temperatures therefore some oils are not suitable for cooking with. Burning your oil not only ruins the flavour but changes it’s nutritional composition.

Rapeseed oil has a high smoking point (230 celsius) which makes it ideal for frying, searing, roasting and high temperature cooking . This high smoke point means that the nutritional benefits are maintained throughout cooking.
